QuitHaven is a quit-vaping support app. This policy is short because we collect almost nothing.
Everything you record in QuitHaven — your streak, cravings, journal entries, slips, settings, XP and Haven progress — is stored only on your device. There are no accounts. We operate no servers. We cannot see, collect, sell, or share your quit data, and neither can anyone else through us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The optional "Mates" feature creates a snapshot code on your device that you can copy and send to friends yourself. It only ever contains the categories you have switched on in Settings, and never includes your journal or slips. The optional share card is an image generated on your device that you choose where to send. Backup codes work the same way.
The free version of QuitHaven shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information. This is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices. Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), you will be asked for consent before any of this happens, and you can decline. QuitHaven's ad integration has no access to your quit data.
Upgrading to QuitHaven Pro removes all advertising, at which point no third party processes anything from within the app.
Optional check-in reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push-notification server and no data leaves your phone to make them work. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.
QuitHaven Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We never see your payment details. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored on a new device from Settings.
QuitHaven is intended for adults (18+) who want to quit vaping. It is not directed at children.
QuitHaven provides general wellbeing information about nicotine cessation. It is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, talk to your doctor or your local quit line.
